9/4/23 ^^^ Whatever it is, it is SUGAR

 I need to reduce sugar to reduce insulin.  I need to take care of the "Mother".  This Mother is more insidious than the Nicotine Mother.

Once I know it is Sugar, then all her covers are blown. Kretek - Sugar, 3-in-1 Coffee - Sugar, Nasi Lemak - Sugar.  Outside Food - Sugar.  Fizzy Drinks - Sugar.  Tako - Sugar.  Pisang Goreng - Sugar. Cakes - Sugar.  Popiah - Sugar.  Dates - Sugar. Muffin - Sugar.  Brea[k] (Bread) - Sugar.  Crackers - Sugar.  Raisin - Sugar.  Honey - Sugar.

The only [only] allowable Sugar is Rice.

I don't want to be a Puritan.  So if I feel ravenous after dinner, I'll have a cracker with honey and raisins.  That's all, Caveat Emptor.

Sugar is what lies between me and my 60 kg.  I tackle Sugar first, then I deal with the dopamine antagonist.

So let's look at my enemies:

  • Cigarettes
  • Dope
  • 3-in-1 Coffee
  • Nasi Lemak
  • Gout
  • Hypertension
  • Obesity
  • Bipolar
  • SSID SLIP
My illness is due to sugar = insulin = overweight.

So we deal with it head-on.

The biggest culprit of them all.
If you live long enough, you will get diabetes.

What about stroke and heart attack?

All can be solved if I lose weight.  
How do I lose weight?
Stop eating Sugar.
