As the Running Monk I observe 3N1Y:
- No cigarettes
- No 3-in-1 coffee
- No nasi lemak
- OMAD
That's all it takes. I need to fight Insulin Resistance.
My intention is to be a Running Monk for the rest of [of] my life. That means, I am a Running Monk for the next 37 years. Until I am 96 years old.
That means I quit smoking and stop consuming refined carbs while eating one meal a day for the rest of my life BEGINNING today.
I will not see breakfast and lunch again for life.
Dietary Practices of the Running Monks
Sure, here are some examples of dietary practices that running monks may follow:
Vegetarian or vegan diet: Many monks follow a vegetarian or vegan diet as a way to practice nonviolence and reduce harm to animals and the environment. They may consume a variety of plant-based foods, such as grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits, and nuts, to provide energy and nutrients for running.
Fasting: Some monks may practice intermittent fasting or limit their food intake as a way to cultivate mindfulness, discipline, and detachment from physical desires. They may fast for certain periods of time, such as a full day or a specific number of hours, and then consume a balanced meal afterward.
Avoidance of certain foods: Depending on their specific traditions, some monks may avoid certain foods that are considered impure or harmful. For example, they may avoid meat, dairy, eggs, garlic, onions, or spicy foods.
Mindful eating: Running monks may practice mindful eating as a way to cultivate awareness and appreciation for their food. They may eat slowly and savor each bite, focusing on the flavors, textures, and aromas of their meals.
Community meals: In some traditions, monks may eat communal meals together as a way to build community and share their daily activities. They may take turns preparing and serving food, and use this time as an opportunity to connect with one another and practice gratitude for the nourishment they receive.
It's important to note that these are just a few examples of dietary practices that running monks may follow, and they can vary widely depending on the individual and their specific traditions.

Yes indeed. From now on I start anew. I like being a monk. Especially since my goal is to hit 60 kg. I do this in two Ramadans.
I have to be mindful that to be thin, I have to eat less than I consume. The answer is in OMAD.
I need to start fresh. In order to do that, I need to stop seeing BJ and RR.
Damn, I am supposed to quit smoking in 2019. That was 4 years ago. Something is not right. I still smoke. The only explanation is that BJ and RR still smoke.
I got to get out of that environment. Fuck, after 4 years I still cough black gunk in the morning. This has to stop.
I only need 3N1Y. My motivation is for me to run, run, run, and run.
That is my revenge. As long as I can conquer Bukit Kiara, I am the King of the Hill.
Fight SSID SLIP
I need to register in my mind that this 3N1Y is a permanent behavior. I also to be mindful that this 60 kg goal is my GOLDEN TICKET for me to keep on running.
Ultimately my role as the Running Monk is a permanent transformation for the next 37 years.
