Day two as the Running Monk.  Lizzie bought me an 800 ml teapot.  That I use to prepare my Sencha Green Tea.

The tea is great.  I am not hungry at all.  I think that is the answer to my hunger issue during the day.

Now no more issues with cigarettes and 3-in-1 coffee.  Even Nasi Lemak, I ate what Lizzie cooked.

So the only issue left is OMAD.

3N1Y is a lifetime commitment.  If Christine Brinkley does not eat meat since 13, then I should do away with cigarettes, dope, and refined carbs starting from when I am 60 years old.

Otherwise, it is a neverending loop.  The buck stops this year.  Then I can celebrate my 60th birthday with a sense of achievement.

Even that, after 4 years of quitting cigarettes, I still cough black gunk in the morning.

Furthermore, the taste of kretek still lingers after 2 weeks of cessation.  That shows how addictive CINNAMON is.

So, I wage war on the 3N by enforcing 1Y.

With the help of green tea, I can do it.

My issue is dopamine.  Normally that equals sugar albeit kretek, 3-in-1 coffee, or nasi lemak.

So my real battle is the battle with sugar.  I need to be fat-adapted.
