12/4/23 ^^^ Why was my weight a yoyo?

 No other reason except the binging during [] (Syawal) and the munchies after smoking pot.  The game is the same, not a puff aka not a sip aka not a bite of the 3N.  The rice during dinner is sufficient.

Well, I can make do with a weekend treat of Crackers with Honey and Raisins.

I have 3 ambitions:

1.  To weigh 60 kg a[nd] (at) 60 years old

2.  To run 21 km Bukit Kiara Hill Run in 2024

3.  To run 30 km Bandar Utama  in 2026

Then, and only then I quit the medications.

Massive action plan - needs daily enforcement.

Once you commit, you got to grit.

What is lacking is the commitment.  I need the commitment to create momentum.

Over and over again until it is second nature.
