All we need is 1 teaspoon (4 grams) of glucose in our bloodstream. No wonder I get gout. 3-in-1 Coffee is 20 grams. I had 3 of that a day.
So better not touch that ever.
Right now I probably eat 50 grams of rice. I can only do that when I OMAD. That is fasting. What to eat is as important as when to eat.
On my own, I can control all these. It is very important to have a prolonged period of not eating so that I can burn what is stored in my body.
In short, my ace in the [w]hole (hole) is OMAD. With OMAD I can lose weight while I fight insulin resistance.
Other than eating an LCHF diet, which is unnatural and high in animal protein and fat, the only other solution is OMAD. Even the IF 16/8 is not working for me.
If I want to save money, it has to be OMAD. The same thing if I want to get rid of gout and obesity. I fast...
I must fight sugar. I must break the Bronco. I might go crazy and I might lose some sleep; I don't care.
I have enough evidence that I am going in the right direction. Just say no to sugar.
Fuck, it's only sugar. All I need is 4 grams. 1 teaspoon. The rest is poison. I should get my fuel from ketones. That is the deal. Get the energy from the logs, not from the twigs.
No more Fat In-Laws Club. I have to put a stop to that.
Instead of getting my sugar from unverified sources, I have my nightly ration of two Crackers with Honey and Raisins. It is more satisfying that way.
Obesity is not a one-way street. It can be won. I know I can do it.
