I am high on Tyrosine. Look like the next spread is coffee and crackers with raisins and honey.
Food is good. The question is, can I eat anything and still maintain my calorie intake?

Therefore I just flow with my thoughts. At present it is saying, just focus on self-preservation.
The answer is within. Focus on the internal dialogue.
The OMAD is the most successful so far. After 4 days, I managed to get it right. Keep doing what is right.
