13/4/23 ^^^ As far as I am concerned, I am on my way to 60 kg

 All I need to do is observe the 3N2Y Oath throughout Ramadan,  I have 1 more week to go.  If I make it in Ramadan,  I will make it in a lifetime.

As for the Crackers with Honey and Raisins, it is agreed that I have that once a week on Saturdays.  Not this weekend.  I already exceeded my quota.  Furthermore, this Saturday is lasagna weekend.

Yes, 2023 i[t] (is) the beginning of the second cycle.  This cycle is to last for the next 18 years.

Just say no often to cigarettes, 3-in-1 coffee, and nasi lemak.  This is a reconditioning process.  I need to prune the dopamine receptors linked to these three stimulants.

I have no more receptors linking to dope and booze.  It just doesn't connect to those things anymore.  Again, this is due to the fact that I don't do dope and booze for a long time.

I need the whole of Ramadan to cut off the dependency. Just now the urge for [for] nasi lemak is very high.  I managed to ward it off.  The urge is as strong as the urge for cigarettes.

Bear in mind, these are all sugar. Otherwise, why would I long for cinnamon in the kretek?

Thank goodness the 3-in-1 coffee is not too addictive.  However, the nasi lemak is really tempting.

All these are nice.  Fortunately, the joy of fasting exceeds the pleasure of eating:

* Increase HGH

* Increase BDNF

* Increase autophagy - improve the immune system

* Decrease cholesterol

* Decrease blood pressure

* Reduce blood sugar

* Reduce sugar craving

* LOSE WEIGHT

* Sleep better
