13/4/23 ^^^ Going the extra mile with OMAD

I can do this.  Weighing 60 kg is a doable feat.  First, I get rid of my sugar stimulant.  Next, I sweat one hour a day.  Then I eat only one meal a day.  I do it for the next 2 years.  No snacking...

The magic word is to say, "No" often.

I will make it that OMAD is sufficient for me.  Then the body will consume the reserve until it is 60 kg.

The aim is to let go of sugar and refined carbs.  I plan to do it for the next 18 years.  Not a bit of sugar and flour.  These are cancer-causing.                                                                                              

I am coming back with vengeance.  For all the gout attacks, for all the mania, for all the psychosis, and all the conveniences caused by dopamine fluctuation, this is the moment of truth.

NEVER GIVE UP - Kikuo Ibe, Bear Grylls, Orville Rogers 

Over and over again until it is second nature.  Today I did that with the 1 hour Mall Walk.

3N2Y is the Roadmap to the Holy Grail 60 kg.





Initially, it was a drag.  I was sleepy and lethargic.  I even had nightmares.  Eventually all these went away including the hunger...

I have to watch out for the first of Syawal.  I will observe 2MAD on that day with no provision for refined carbs.  Then on 2nd day, back to OMAD.

I will never get tired of reminding myself of the 3N2Y Oath.  As long as I am in pursuit of my Vision I will keep repeating the mantra.

As you know, I shifted my finishing line to 120 years old.  I might only utilize 65% of it but with the new finishing line, the possibility is abounding.
