10/4/23 I will persist until I can wake up at 5:30 am and run

 I have to do it over and over again.  All it takes is TWO WEEKS to get the momentum going.

3N1Y is for the next two weeks.  I need to condition myself to Eat Right, Move More, and Sleep Well.

I need to move more.  Of course, I need to eat right.

The idea is to go for 60 kg.  That means OMAD and calorie restriction.

We do this for [2] the next 2 weeks.

The idea is to get rid of cravings and establish OMAD as a lifetime habit.

I want to quit sugar since 2020, I better do it this year.

I need to feel PUAS.  Like I feel with my Iron Maiden collection and Nautica X.

Now with the Dancing Spinnaker, my financial goal to minimize spending is attainable.

If I focus on 60 kg, everything will fall into place.

60 kg is the Holy Grail.



 So now, I just focus on OMAD and fighting Sugar in general.

If I am hungry, I drink salt water.

By now I need a winning strategy of a lifetime.  I need to lose 40 kg.  Whatever it takes.

I sleep at 10:00 pm and I wake up at 5:30 am.  That is the first coaxing.
