14/4/23 *** I need a massive action plan

 Number one:  Must sleep by 10:00 pm,  It starts from there.  Let's do it tonight.

Number two:  Wake up by 4:30 am

Number three:  Exercise by 5:00 am

Just stick with the 3 steps.

I have to win my battle with sugar.  Then only I win my battle with the medication.
