10/4/23 ^^^ A quick win - Black Coffee after dinner

 I get a good buzz from the coffee.  I also have the urge to smoke cigarettes.  It seems that I am still hooked on cigarettes.

Cigarettes are so addictive.  I'll fight Sugar as intensely as I fight cigarettes.

Today is a good dinner.  Fish, chili, veggie. salted egg; everything is just nice.

After that, I listen to Classical Music.  Man, everything falls into place.  

So these 2 weeks are to break the sugar addiction and to overcome insulin resistance.

Fair enough.  I think I can do it.

Set the course to 60 kg.

Tonight I sleep at 10:00 pm and wake up at 5:30 am.  I must do it.

The urge to smoke cigarettes is still there.  This is the best advice:
