6/4/23 *** Ramadan is really a challenge for me

 I have the failure to launch.  This is already the second week.  Still, tomorrow is my first day.

I have issues regulating my blood sugar.  My dopamine is low too. I can tell by my urge to smoke cigarettes.

I am a success if by the end of this Ramadan I achieve the[r]e (these) 4 things:

  • No cigarettes
  • No 3-in-1 coffee
  • No nasi lemak
  • Do OMAD  
I better not take Nicorette.  I am over it since 2019.  Now is to fight the urge for cigarettes.  It's only 2 weeks since my last cigarette.  I can do this.  Four objectives before Shawal.  This is the time to be resilient.

Never touch cigarettes and dope ever again.  That means not meeting BJ and RR ever.

I have Ramadan as my checkpoint.  This better be it.  It will be an embarrassment i[t] (if) I still smoke cigarettes and dope after 40 years.
