This morning, I woke up to the idea of the Nasi Lemak Super Combo.
At first, I thought it was hunger. Turned out it was just a craving.
I know how to get rid of hunger. I just wait it out. This one I have to go through it to find out what emotion I have to wait out to shake [] (off) the craving.
Use the 4Ds to tide over cravings: distract, delay, deep breathing, and drinking water.
Darn, it is a siege game! Now this game I know too well. I hold. The longer I hold the weaker the fortification.
I need to break the Bronco. The culprit hiding behind the scene is SUGAR. It disguised itself as the Nasi Lemak Super Combo. The truth is, this is nothing more than Sugar Craving.
If I am to survive today and the weekends, I have to hold on for two weeks to shake off the MEMORY of Nasi Lemak Super Combo from my mind.
Just like I had forgotten what a durian tastes like. The durian they have now is not durian. It is GMO. They look and taste like durian but they are not durian.
So I have to deal with two separate issues; hunger and craving. Hunger comes in waves. So is craving. In this case, the wave gets weaker as the time stretches.
Two hours had passed. I managed to ride the craving.
