22/6/23 ### I had a big bowl of Tuna Salad for dinner

 I still feel sleepy.  That means insulin resistance is quite prevalent.  It's not half as bad as I eat carbs.

So this is the model - STAY HUNGRY.  If I hold on long enough, I will break the Bronco eventually.

The Zen Monk model is the best.  1,095 days of AHAD and Keto OMAD.

Fasting is about being right:

* Increase HGH
* Increase BDNF
* Increase autophagy - improve the immune system
* Decrease cholesterol
* Decrease blood pressure
* Reduce blood sugar
* Reduce sugar craving
* LOSE WEIGHT
* Sleep better 

Fight Bipolar, Gout, and Inflammation.

This is a good day.  Definitely, AHAD and Keto OMAD are the winning formulae.

My model as a Zen Monk works wonders.  Drink water and turmeric, and eat salad and fish.  The model is producing results.

STAY HUNGRY for 5 minutes

The success of this program lies in my ability to withstand hunger.

As a Zen Monk, my commitment is for 1,000 days.

The Keto part is still a challenge.
