22/6/23 ^^^ Deeds not words

 Cindy Lauper is 70 today.  I am 59 this year.  I can talk all day long about becoming thin or I can do something about it.  The truth is, my root cause if being fat is I eat too much carbs.  That's why for the past year my weight is stagnant.  I am experiencing insulin resistance.  

I have to STOP the excess insulin by not eating carbs.  Then only the fat cells can empty themselves of the triglyceride and the body can utilize the stored energy.

The only way to do that is by eating a keto diet WHILE practicing OMAD.

I cannot simply lose weight because my cells had reached their maximum load.  With insulin resistance, the "train coach" is filled to the brim and cannot take any more "passengers".  This happened when my storage cells are already at their max.

The only way to handle this situation is to offload the storage by stopping the consumption of carbs and reducing the production of insulin through OMAD.

This is my new narrative.  For the next 1,000 days, I will be practicing my kaihogya as if I am a Zen monk.  Every day is AHAD and OMAD except on days I travel.  Otherwise, I am strictly AHAD and KETO OMAD.

As a Zen Monk, I only drink water and before dinner, I add turmeric to it as part of the antiinflammation effort.

Rodents that refrained from eating 30% of their nutrients lived 30% longer.
