23/6/23 *** The Deduction Game

 You always gain when you deduct.  Less is more. I am convinced I am on the right path when I remove many things from my life.  Now I removed carbs and the number of meals.  I am also removing coffee from my menu.

The simple life is the life of an Athlete4Life.  What is rich anyway?  Nothing more than sugar and fat.  The very thing elderly people avoid anyway.

I decided to live as [as] a monk I don't need much.  It is a life of a minimalist.  In addition, that is the only option to lose weight and be healthy.

Every day, I look forward to dinner.  Only one meal.  At the same time, I exercise one hour a day.  Eliminate all possible options.  Every day when I wake up, it is AHAD and OMAD.
