No more uncertainty of who is the Devil. It is SURYA and associates. This I have to fight tooth and nail. No cigarettes for good. Not even one puff. The most addictive substance is nicotine.
So no matter what, I will not smoke cigarettes.
I am addicted because I have nicotine receptors. I have to stop long enough to "kill" the receptors. My take is ONE YEAR.
Thus, my priority is to quit smoking, stop refined carbs and be thin.
