It's a good thing that I take a break today. My legs are aching. I slept at 4 am last night. So I am taking it easy today.
Most importantly, I need to maintain a positive mindset.
One thing is for sure, I have Absolute Power and this power is subtle.
What counts is the certainty that this power gives me.
While I already crowned myself as the King of the Hill, I still have to fight my physical limitations. I still have to pay the price, EVERY DAY.
Today is the exception. I am becoming a pudgy old coot. Sleep is important. The minute I cannot sleep means my routine is out.
Hence I shall dedicate the rest of this blog to fighting my shortcomings. Actually, it is not even a shortcoming. It is my constant battle between Jack and Mad Jack.
The good news is I no longer feel depressed.
