15/5/23 ^^^ It is maktub that I will flow and time will follow

 As much as I am at the Peak of Siratul Muntaha.  I need to converge the concept of Mens Sana in Corpore Sano in my implementation.

Therefore I need to move more and eat less.

I cannot give up on the Vision Quest.  This time I have to persist on the Bukit Kiara Run with me running the 10 km Training Run beginning next Monday.

So I must sleep before 10 pm and wake up at 4:30 am, no matter what.  This is not an option.  I must do it on a daily basis.  Basically, I have to go through the Training several times until I can run the 10 km run comfortably.

That I must do.  No point in being an armchair athlete.  Ramadan and Syawal had taken their tolls.  I need to calibrate.

OVER AND OVER AGAIN until it becomes part of my programming.  In the meantime, nothing matters.  I chose Strategic Visibility and Stealthy Adaptation.

So at best, I remain the Rook and the Anchor to CCC.  I play center.  Naga Kramat will remain the Ryu or the Dragon King.

We are ready for the motion.  Rightfully AHAD and OMAD start tomorrow.

No more cigarettes and dope.  I shall concentrate my assault on 3-in-1 Coffee and Nasi Lemak.

I concluded that SSID SLIP is winning this battle big time.

Today is also the beginning of the Shogi reeducation.  I have to start learning about Shogi.  It is mind and body.

Writing alon[g] (alone) doesn't cut it as much as walking doesn't cut it.

I will reduce my writing time a[s] (and) concentrate on becoming more active in Shogi and running.

Therefore I will reduce my writing to once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

So off to Shogi.
