I did it already. I created my world. Now is for me to live in that world. To do that I need to delight my Universe Within.
The key is to pierce the pinhole of the Mu Shin No Shin. I have to get to the other side of the Looking Glass. I do so by joining the ranks of the insane.
Today is a classic example. Everything is perfect. I managed to sleep early and wake up early. Then I had hot tea. Followed by a good exercise. That is followed by OMEH.
OMEH is necessary. The key is in moving. I realized that in 2021, it was OMEH that saved the day. That is why everything about 3N2Y is important.
However the most important bit is the 2Y.

I must reset. I cannot keep falling back to the old pattern. This is a new cycle altogether.
The road to 60 kg is on.
I'm gonna run, run, run, and run
So everyday that I win the day, I will celebrate with a splendid dinner.
