I must insist on the AHAD and OMAD. These are the anchors. Without AHAD and OMAD I am not taking the giant step forward. Although the banana is alluring I cannot compromise the OMAD. Food makes me lazy. I need to stop eating if I want to get thin.
The first thing I do is win the day with AHAD. Then I celebrate with OMAD. Do that until Father's Day. It is a simple game plan. The entry point is AHAD. Without AHAD I don't have the motivation to do other things.
I feel sleepy. I need to cross to AHAD. That is the opening of my day. OMAD is the closing of my day. Why do I keep having recurring dreams about me working in Sapura?
I have to come to terms with my past. I need to be resilient.
Shooting Star all the way. That's who I am. I need a growth mindset. Tally Ho!
Very importantly, 1 day at a time, 1 hour at a time, 1 minute at a time, and 1 second at a time.
