Today I reinforced 3N2Y.
This pledge is meant by me, for me. Nobody else. I have to do it for me. Nobody else matters. I must make it my winning formula.
AHAD and OMAD are a must.
I need the ability to say no often.
There... I made it to Day 1.
I need to retrain my mind and body for AHAD and OMAD. That is also Voluntary Simplicity.
Exercise indeed clears the mind from FUD. So the aim is to achieve Sound Mind in a Sound Body on a daily basis.

I have to add OMEH. That is the key differentiator. I need to keep my heart strong. That I do through Jumping Jack. At least times 5 a day.
I need to get thin. The best way is by not eating.
- I will do OMAD for the rest of my life
- I will do AHAD for the rest of my life
- I will do OMEH for the rest of my life
- I will not consume sugar for the rest of my life
Yes! First OMEH at 12:00 pm.
Ramadan is the depression month and Syawal is the binging month.
These next two months are for me to counter the effect of the Muslim Calendar on my health.
No other way, I need to do 3N2Y.
That's it. Today is the last story on cigarettes. It is a menace. After 3 years of quitting, I still cough black gunk in the morning. No more cigarettes and dope. No more smokers friends. I am now a runner once again.
This month I intend to sa[m]e (save) as much as possible. I made my sundry purchases for the month. Now is to hold on to cash.

3:25 pm: Today I am on track with AHAD, OMAD, and OMEH. The hunger is bearable. I will not die if I don't eat for 24 hours. Just say no. That is the only way to fight indulgence.
3N2Y is my Holy Grail. I am purposeful once again. That is the formula, right there. The anchor is OMAD. I can do OMAD, I win the day. I do AHAD, double jackpot. I do OMEH, triple jackpot.
