As it is, there is nothing to worry about except for the weight. Definitely, I have to run. Walking in the mall can be an additional activity but not a substitute for running.
I need to enforce 3N2Y eventually.
For now, I establish that I have already completed Phase I. In other words, I am entering Phase II.
In Phase II, I am to keep my weight do[ne] (down) and make running a lifestyle.
In this phase, I should no longer have issues with dope, cigarettes add depression.
Just like I no longer have friends, in Phase II I intend to live in isolation.
That's pretty much it.
Nothing philosophical about it.
If I don't keep moving I will be dead in no time.
